For the safety of our customers, S•GO requires that a homeowner be present during the entire installation process. If you should need to cancel an installation appointment, remember that S•GO requires a 24-hour cancellation notice, or you will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.
During the digital television set-up process, S•GO's technicians may have to unhook a component that is currently connected to your television in order to ensure that your digital service is operational at the time of installation.
