Quick Tips for Digital Television

Message Alerts

  • Alerts will pop up when you are receiving a notification from customer service.
  • To access messages, follow on-screen prompts.
  • Message may be viewwed by accessing your VAULT under the MESSAGES tab.

To Rent Video-On-Demand

  • Press MENU on your remote control.
  • Scroll to RENTALS and press OK.
  • Select ALL to see all available titles or CATEGORY to view by category.
  • Select RENT, MORE INFO, or CANCEL by pressing OK.
  • Enter your pin number to proceed with purchase.
  • Select the SHARE option if you would like all account set-top boxes to view

To Set Parental Controls

  • Press MENU on your remote control.
  • Scroll to SETTINGS and press OK.
  • Enter your pin number when promoted.
  • Scroll to PREFERENCES and press OK.
  • Scroll down to PARENTAL CONTROLS, then over to highlight EDIT, press OK.
  • Customize settings.

To Rent Pay-Per-View (Adult Content Only!)

  • You must first contact customer service at 417-776-5500, option 3, to enable Pay-Per-View access.
  • Press GUIDE on your remote control.
  • Channels 600 and 601 contain PPV content.
  • Select desired title by pressing OK.
  • Enter pin number when prompted.
