GUIDE: Displays the channel guide and contains program titles by channel. View the guide by

  • SUBSCRIBED: Channels that you are subscribed to.
  • HD: High definition channels.
  • ALL: All available channels.
  • FAVORITES: A list that you have created.

Scroll between views by pressing the GUIDE button until you find your desired view.
Note: A star symbol next to a program title indicates that this is the first run for that title on that particular channel.

INFO: Displays the program information for a particular title. Pressing this button one time to display basic program information, press a second time to display program details.

MENU: Displays the following options:

  • GUIDE: Displays the channel guide. See description of guide button function for details.
  • RENTALS: Lists Video-On-Demand titles available for rent. Titles are viewable by ALL or CATEGORY. To rent a title, use the ARROW KEYS on your remote control to highlight the title then press OK to select. You will have the option to RENT, MORE INFO, or CANCEL. If you select RENT, you will be prompted to enter your pin number, which will be the last four digits of your telephone number unless you contact customer service to change it. Please note that rentals will be views only on the set-top box from which it is ordered unless you select the "SHARE" option, when allows viewing on all set-top boxes.
  • VAULT: Stores history of RENTALS, REMINDERS, MESSAGES, and CALLER ID.
    Note: All saved vault history will be deleted when changing THEMES under the PREFERENCES option.
  • SETTINGS: You must enter your pin number in order to access this page.
    • PREFERENCES: Allows you to customize your account options such as parental controls. To access PARENTAL CONTROLS, select the EDIT button to access options.
    • USERS: Allows you to creat sub accounts with customized settings for individual users. You may assign a user sub account to a particular set-top box.
    • PACKAGES: Lists all packages to which the account is subscribed.
    • BILLING: Displays a record of subscribed packages and purchases
  • FAVORITES: Allows you to create a customized channel line-up with your favorites.
  • SEARCH: Allows you to search through the GUIDE or RENTALS for desired programming.
  • EMAIL: Feature not available.
  • WEB: Feature not available.
